Machine Hardware
  • The machine is made using a plated steel cylinder for strength and rigidity, machined to a very high tolerance.

  • The end plates and the piston itself are aluminium

  • Internal actuator components are stainless steel

  • Air fittings supplied are 1" BSP hosetails in stainless steel as standard

  • Alternative fittings such as for hard piping can be fitted on request

  • The cylinder seal is PTFE re-inforced with a nitrile rubber O-ring.

  • End plate seals are nitrile rubber
